We may collect information directly from you, through your use of the Radiant Peak platform, and from services you choose to connect.

Information you provide

• Name, email address, TikTok username, and Discord information
• Creator, seller, brand, or agency profile information
• Applications, support requests, and communications
• Rewards, payment, sample, and account-management records
• Any other information you voluntarily submit

TikTok Shop information

When you connect or authorize a TikTok or TikTok Shop account, we may receive information permitted by your authorization and the approved TikTok Shop API scopes. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• TikTok account identifiers and usernames
• Affiliate profile and collaboration information
• Sample applications and product information
• Sample fulfillment status and content deadlines
• Showcase, performance, or other authorized creator information
• Authorization status and account-connection details

We only request access to information reasonably necessary to provide the features available through the platform.

Technical information

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Login dates, session information, and authentication events
• Pages viewed, actions taken, and error or security logs
• Cookies and similar technologies required to operate the service

We may use collected information to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage platform accounts
• Verify eligibility for Radiant Peak services and portal access
• Provide creator, sample, reward, training, and support features
• Display authorized TikTok Shop information in your private portal
• Communicate about your account, applications, or opportunities
• Maintain records of rewards, samples, and agency activity
• Protect the platform against fraud, misuse, and security threats
• Diagnose technical issues and improve platform performance

Connecting a TikTok or TikTok Shop account may require you to complete an authorization process provided by TikTok. TikTok controls its own login and consent screens.

Radiant Peak may receive access tokens, refresh tokens, creator identifiers, and information covered by the permissions you approve. Tokens are used to maintain the connection and make authorized API requests on your behalf.

You may revoke access through applicable TikTok settings when that option is available or by contacting us. Revoking access may prevent connected platform features from functioning.

Radiant Peak is an independent business. TikTok does not own, operate, or endorse the Radiant Peak platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

• Service providers: Vendors that provide database, hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, security, or technical services
• TikTok and connected platforms: When required to complete an authorized integration or comply with platform rules
• Radiant Peak personnel: Authorized staff, administrators, and managers who require access for their assigned responsibilities
• Legal and safety purposes: When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Radiant Peak, or others
• Business transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable safeguards
• With your direction: When you request or consent to a particular disclosure

We plan to use Supabase initially for database and related platform services. We may also use a professional website-hosting provider. Our service providers process information according to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

Our planned safeguards include:

• Encrypted network connections using HTTPS and TLS
• Restricted access based on business responsibilities
• Secure handling of application secrets and authorization tokens
• Database access controls and row-level security where appropriate
• Authentication, session, logging, and monitoring controls
• Software updates and review of identified vulnerabilities

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your connected accounts, email, devices, and login credentials.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, and satisfy legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and its purpose. Connected-account tokens may be retained while an authorization remains active and will be removed or rendered unusable when access is revoked, the account is deleted, or continued retention is no longer necessary.

Certain records may remain in protected backups or be retained when required for financial, contractual, fraud-prevention, legal, or compliance purposes.

Radiant Peak may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to:

• Maintain secure login sessions
• Remember account and security preferences

The Radiant Peak platform is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide platform accounts to children or intentionally collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Radiant Peak is based in the United States. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. We will use safeguards required by applicable law when transferring or processing information across borders.

The platform may connect to or contain links to services operated by TikTok, Discord, Supabase, and other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and are not controlled by this Privacy Policy.

Review the privacy terms of any third-party service before providing information or authorizing access.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, our practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

When appropriate, we may also provide notice through the platform or another reasonable communication method.
